Trelay Farm

Relax, unwind and enjoy traditional country life in the largest wing of our elegantly styled farmhouse, offering every home comfort that draws our guests back year after year. Leading from the entrance hall is the shaker style kitchen diner and large family lounge with free view tv. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms that comfortably sleep 7 with the option of an additional cot or single bed - all with colour tv's. The bathroom and laundry area are also on the first floor. Trelay is set in beautiful gardens and is surrounded by acres of picturesque farmland and woodland and is an ideal base for exploring the many splendours of Cornwall - breathtaking coastline and sandy beaches within 2.5 miles, pretty seaside villages and fishing ports, National Trust properties, Adventure Parks, outdoor activities, activities for the young and young at heart. Our summerhouse is fronted with decking and garden area and overlooks the paddock where our small animals happily play, a wonderful place to sit back and relax on sunny days. It offers games, a pool table and full size table tennis and BBQ. There is also a wendy house and games for 1 to 7 yr olds. Children are welcome to help feed the calves, our tame Jacob sheep Lily and her lambs and collect eggs from our pretty chickens who enjoy good company and afternoon titbits! Escape to 'The Sanctuary', an open air secluded hot tub area and let the swirling warm water soothe stresses away as you lie under the stars. Guests are welcome to fish along 3 miles of river and enjoy the tranquillity of farmland, riverside and woodland walks. Discover life on the farm - watch the cows being milked, help feed the calves and collect fresh eggs for breakfast from our free range chickens. Marhamchurch at 1 mile offers Post Office/General Store, country pub and joins the main cycle track route. We are 2 miles from Bude. The best of both worlds, countryside and coast.
