We are in an excellent location between Bodmin Moor and the coast on our beef and sheep farm, which the family have farmed for over 300 years. Lots of animals: cows, sheep, goats, rabbits, dogs, cats, chickens. Forget-Me-Not Cottage is beautiful and well equipped, large and spacious yet warm and cosy with an open log fire and central heating. Perfect for families, 4 stars, sleeping 2-6 (plus cot), 3 bedrooms, surrounded by its own large secluded garden, with great views across the fields. The Old Wagon House is a barn newly converted in Spring 2005 where the Horse Wagons were kept. It's now stunning, a real luxury, with a romantic double bedroom with lace covered four poster bed and a stylish wet room. The sitting and dining rooms and kitchen are open plan and retain that country feel with exposed beams and a log burner. It is centrally heated, and well equipped. French doors lead onto a sun trap patio ideal for summer evenings. Beds are all made ready when guests arrive and there is a welcome basket of local produce to get your holiday off to a good start. Electricity, logs for the open fire or wood burner, towels and a land rover tour of the farm are all included in the price of the holiday. Forget-me-not farm is an ideal base to explore Cornwall, the coast, the moor, gardens, National Trust properties and the Eden Project. Surfing, golf, horse riding and theme parks are all in easy reach. Or just stay put on the farm and enjoy the wildlife, walks, ponds, birds, natural fauna and flora all around to see.
